Shopify Redesign That Increased Sales by 280%
Martinson Manufacturing sells custom-built casement window inserts for portable air conditioners. The product solved a
real problem for homeowners with crank-out casement windows, but the old Shopify store did not explain the offer clearly enough or make the buying decision feel simple.
We rebuilt the store around clarity, trust, and purchase confidence. The new Shopify experience helps visitors
understand the product, see why it is different from generic window kits, and move confidently toward a quote or
purchase.
After relaunch, Martinson saw a 280% increase in sales.
Project Focus
The Product Was Proven. The Store Wasn’t.
Martinson’s old Shopify store looked like a standard ecommerce template. It had product photos and navigation, but it did not quickly explain why a custom-built insert was different from cheap universal kits or Amazon-style panels.
The most important message was buried: every insert is made to the customer’s exact window dimensions. For a made-to-measure product, that is the whole sale. If visitors do not understand the fit, they do not trust the purchase. If they do not trust the purchase, they leave.
Paid and organic traffic were landing on the store, but the page made buyers work too hard. The redesign needed to do more than look better. It needed to make the buying decision easier.
From Confusing Store to Clear Shopify Sales Machine
We did not change the product. We changed the way the product was explained, structured, and sold. The redesign rebuilt the homepage, product messaging, mobile flow, trust signals, and calls to action around one simple goal: turn product curiosity into purchase confidence.

Web Design
Above the Fold: The Most Important Fix
The new homepage leads with a clear, problem-aware headline: “Casement Window Kits That Actually Fit.” It speaks directly to the frustration visitors already have, without burying the offer in vague ecommerce language.
The hero section now gives visitors the key information they need immediately: the perfect-fit promise, the made-to-measure benefit, fast installation messaging, verified review proof, and a clear Quick Quote Tool CTA.
This gave visitors a reason to stay, understand the product, and act without needing to scroll through half the site first.
Mobile Version
Mobile Experience Built for Fast Decisions
Most ecommerce visitors scan, especially on phones. The mobile experience was redesigned so the headline, key benefits, star rating, product visuals, and calls to action are easy to see and tap.
The goal was simple: remove friction between “this looks like what I need” and “I’m ready to take the next step.”
Product Pages Built Like Landing Pages
Martinson’s product pages were not treated like basic catalog pages. Each page needed to explain the problem, show the use case, reinforce the custom-fit process, and answer the biggest hesitation: “What if it does not fit?”
Each product page now guides the visitor through the decision: what the insert is for, how measuring works, why it beats a universal kit, what customers say, and what to do next.
The Perfect Fit Guarantee became a major conversion asset because it directly answered the fear that stops buyers from ordering a made-to-measure product.
The Results
The redesign gave Martinson Manufacturing a Shopify store that matched the strength of the product. The site no longer made visitors hunt for the value. It explained the offer quickly, built trust earlier, made the fit promise obvious, and gave shoppers a clearer reason to act.
After launch, Shopify analytics showed:
- 280% increase in sales
- 7.37% conversion rate
- 348% lift in conversion rate
- 469% increase in orders
- $49,860 in 30-day sales
- 18.48% peak conversion rate in a single-week snapshot
1st class experience from start to finish. Jeremy provided true white-glove service, took full ownership of the project, and treated my website like it was his own. Extremely responsive to emails, dependable, and committed. Most importantly, my conversion ratio skyrocketed. Highly recommend.

Your Shopify Store Might Not Need More Traffic. It Might Need a Better Buying Experience.
If your store gets visitors but not enough sales, the issue may not be your product. It may be the way the product is
explained, structured, proven, and presented.
We help ecommerce businesses rebuild the parts of the website that actually affect buying decisions: messaging, page
structure, product pages, mobile UX, trust signals, calls to action, and conversion flow.
The goal is not just a better-looking Shopify store. The goal is a store that makes people understand the value, trust the
offer, and feel confident enough to buy.
