Martinson’s old Shopify store looked like a standard e-commerce template. It had product photos and a nav bar, but nothing that explained why a homeowner dealing with a leaky, frustrating casement window setup should trust this insert over a $15 Amazon panel.
The site buried the most important message – that every insert is made to your exact window dimensions – in dense paragraphs that visitors never read. There was no visual hierarchy, no clear value proposition above the fold, and no path from “I have this problem” to “this is the solution I need.”

The new Martinson homepage leads with a single, razor-sharp headline: “Casement Window Kits That Actually Fit.” No jargon, no feature dump – just an immediate answer to the frustration every visitor arrives with.
We built the page around the customer journey. Homeowners land on the site already annoyed – they’ve tried universal kits, dealt with tape and cardboard, and wasted money. We met them exactly there. The hero section validates their problem, presents the solution, and gets them to a conversion action – the Quick Quote Tool – without scrolling past the fold.
Social proof loads early: 4.9/5 from 1,904+ verified reviews displayed prominently in the hero. Below that, real customer photos and testimonials from the Loox widget reinforce trust throughout the page. Every scroll triggers another reason to buy.
Mobile Version
The majority of Martinson’s traffic arrives on mobile – and mobile shoppers don’t read, they scan. We rebuilt the mobile experience so the most important message and CTA are visible without a single scroll.
The mobile hero stacks cleanly: bold headline, three key benefits, star rating, and two action buttons. Thumb-friendly tap targets, compressed imagery, and fast-loading sections mean zero friction between “I found this product” and “I’m placing an order.”
Product Page Strategy
The Perfect Fit Guarantee section – prominently featured with a badge – removes the biggest purchase hesitation for a made-to-measure product: “What if it doesn’t fit?” We answered that objection directly and boldly: free remake, no questions, even if the measuring mistake was theirs.
The Results
Numbers don’t lie. The Shopify analytics tell the full story – in the last 30 days since the redesign, Martinson Manufacturing’s conversion rate hit 7.37%, up 348%. Sessions climbed to 2,820, total sales reached $49,860, and orders jumped 469%. In a single week snapshot, conversion rate peaked at 18.48% – more than triple the e-commerce industry average of 2–3%.
